Overcoming the Feelings of Being Redundant

These are feelings and may have nothing to do with redundancy what ever. Its similar to having boyfriend of spouse problems. Its usually not about the job or your spouse, its more to do with the attitude you carry inside and while you are holding onto this attitude you will attract the same or similar what you are feeling.

For example have you ever wondered about a movie star would he or she attract a loser or..? Its with their nature that they exude something that will attract that same back to them. With this thought have a look at what you may be projecting and what it is that your thoughts revolve around. Are you always expecting it won’t be you who gets the big promotion? Do you look at another and secretly think that this person will land that position or get the better home?

Do you find that your thoughts are always revolving around similar things and suspicious about certain things? If you have answered yes to any of the above questions then ask yourself at this point what is behind these thoughts. Is it something you used to hear a parent saying to you as a child, or rules that were enforced in your growing years that created stress in your home or upbringing? We tend to repeat our parents patterns and you will inadvertently repeat them quite subconsciously.

Clearing accumulated negative thoughts from the past stops them interfering with your present choices and happiness. The question is how to clear them if they are persistent and keep blocking you…? Life coaching is one way if you’re ready to really address your issues.

But if you just need clarity which is what most people need, then taking up an exercise routine helps immensely. Regular morning walks or a swim tends to dispel accumulated negative thoughts that do come up for all of us at regular intervals. A yoga class, tai chi or aerobics once a week can make all the difference. Its important to add to this mix a massage perhaps once a month or acupuncture really helps to balance your energy. You will soon feel a much higher energy and heaps more confidence and empowered by the balance your routines will give you.

You will soon find that your thoughts will be more focused on how good you will feel in your new position or retained job, or how you can add to what may be missing in your job or office environment.
