Central intelligence, higher consciousness, could you exist without it?

Lets have a look at consciousness itself

When we look at anything at all we can see immediately what state of consciousness that person or even animal has. We can see this by the way that person might display fear, doubt, mistrust aggression or confusion. Just by the way the person responds we are able to perceive what level of consciousness an individual has.

We can look at consciousness in the example of a fish. We look at the goggled eyed fish happily swimming in its habitat, but there is really ‘nobody’ behind that stare. If we look at consciousness in animals, they respond with reactions based on instincts related to food and procreation.

Animals can learn in different ways but they do not possess the ability to have self consciousness and express it by asking the question ’Who am I ?’ The animal’s consciousness is based purely on responding to its environment.

Human Consciousness is far more delicate and complicated. It responds to goals that we may or may not set for ourselves, and may or may not achieve. Our consciousness is full of choice, whereas an animal’s is not, and when we pursue our conscious state we ask the question of ‘what more can I know about life?’ and this is seen as the thousands of avenues of our life.

Our state of consciousness is very much dependent upon our environment and our conditioning. We look at our conditioning from the point of view of ethnic and religious beliefs. When we begin to look at life from a broader perspective of ‘why am I here, and why do others have less stress in their life than I do’? that is where we begin to ask the question ‘where am I headed?’ and ‘am I happy doing what I am doing?’ This may prompt you to review the way you look at life......

In order to grow you need to recognise where you may be stagnating or what stands in your way of change. Asking these questions is a good way to REVISE the way you may be vewing your life.

We either continue to revise or, at this point, we choose to place blinkers on and continue journey through life in the same direction as our parents because it is too much personal effort to change. It means that we may have to take on board the idea that several things may need to change in our lives. To many people, this is confronting and difficult, for others its a worthy challenge full of rewarding experiences.

Meditation & Visualisation

Meditation addresses the consciousness within, which is the inner being or Central Intelligence. With meditation we can begin to get to know what this central intelligence really is, because meditation is the way, or process of moving towards the ‘I AM’ stillness within the self, and like any skill that we choose to learn, it needs time, patience and commitment to reap the benefits. Which are; harmony, good health, inner peace, fulfilling relationships, zest for life, and many more.

Stillness for example causes us to pause, it gives us time to gather thoughts and to re-balance energy. It gives us time to remember something important or time to explore creativity and to unfold ideas.

Longer times of stillness give us a sense of something more than that all-important busy day. In those times of prolonged stillness you can get a glimpse of a greater reality of ‘who you truly are’.

The first step to approaching mediation is through the BREATH. So part of the teaching is to learn how to get in touch with yourself by slowing down your breath and bodily processes and thoughts with this innovative breathing technique.

The breathing technique is separately available on CD which has a method of how to enhance your relaxation, meditation and promotes well being using the breath technique method.

Reasons for losing control - due to our mind in conflict

People have trouble with meditation initially, because we all indulge the mind in various diverse distractions so it continues to jump around as a result of this habitual conflicting indulgement. When breathing slows down it gradually brings to the surface what you constantly allow yourself to indulge in. This is the mind out of control as it tries to juggle this conflict.

Until you begin to observe your mind only then, your whole world slowly changes to you having the very control you seek....

‘CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE’ or higher consciousness

Your unconscious mind is separate from your sub conscious mind as the unconscious conducts all your bodily responses. For instance, there is no conscious thought involved in the digestion of food, you simply eat and the body does the rest - breaks it down, extracts the precious nutrients and eliminates the waste.

We don’t give any conscious thought as to how we breathe - the breath itself oxygenates and de-oxygenates the blood. Our heart beats at its own pace, we do not have to consciously tell it how many beats it should be doing per minute although we can, through practice, alter that rate through connecting at a higher level.

We are not even aware of the myriad of hormones that control almost every vital function in our bodies including how we feel when we are in a panic or under a threat of attack. We really have no conscious thought about the wonderful automatic clock that keeps our lives ticking to approximately 80-100 years of age.

Yet these functions are all controlled by ‘something’. This something, whatever it may be, has some amazing order and perception. This Higher Intelligence or Central Intelligence reigns within our unconscious. Wouldn’t it serve us well then to get in touch with this Higher Intelligence? This is the first step to awareness, and it is from there that we can begin to ask ourselves truly valuable questions, and gain control of your health.

You can be guided by your Higher Self if you listen to it. It has the perfect pattern for your life so you can actually learn how to listen and connect to your Central Intelligence. When you can get in touch with it, then you can begin to truly identify with it and call it MYSELF. For this is your TRUE SELF.

The revelation to the question of "Who am I" ? - is your INNER CONSCIOUSNESS and blueprint of your life's purpose. This is the reality and reason to get in touch with this wonderful part of you on a conscious level.
